These terms cover Paywallflower for creators and for fans. By creating an account or buying anything on a Paywallflower site you agree to them and to our Acceptable use policy.

Who can use Paywallflower

You must be at least 18 and old enough to view adult content where you live. Creators verify their identity before publishing or getting paid; fans verify their age at their first purchase, and before viewing anything where local law requires it.

Fans

• Purchases. Paywallflower is the merchant of record. Card payments include an 8% service fee (capped at $10) shown before you pay; wallet and crypto payments have none.
• Memberships renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew in Account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Bundles renew at the bundle price.
• Refunds. Digital content is delivered instantly, so purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or the creator chooses to refund. Physical orders the creator can't fulfill are refunded.
• Wallet balances can be spent on any Paywallflower site. They aren't a bank account and don't earn interest.
• Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank, access to what you bought ends and purchasing is paused on your account while we review it.
• Content you buy is for your personal viewing. Downloading, copying or sharing it is not allowed; media carries a watermark identifying your account.

Creators

• Plans. Pro ($49/month, you keep 85% of every sale) or Premium ($300/month, you keep 90%). New creators get a free first month; the first 100 creators get three months free and their plan price locked for life. If a plan payment fails, your site stays up and payouts pause until it's paid.
• Earnings become available 7 days after each sale and are paid on your schedule (daily, weekly or monthly), or instantly for a 1% fee. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance; a chargeback also carries a dispute fee.
• Payouts require a verified ID, two-factor authentication, a tax form and a payout method. Changing your payout method pauses payouts for 72 hours.
• Your content. You own it. You give Paywallflower a license to host, transcode, watermark, display and sell it on your behalf. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that everyone who appears in it is 18+, has verified their identity and signed a release.
• Collabs split the net of each sale between the creators by the share both agreed when the collab was accepted.
• Domains bought through Paywallflower are registered in your name and renew yearly on your plan card until you turn auto-renew off.

Our part

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our Acceptable use policy, and we report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as the law requires. We handle copyright complaints under our DMCA process, including counter-notices and a repeat-infringer policy.

Liability

Paywallflower is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
